I am the CFO of National Direct Emedia. I have three great children (Tucker 8 , Madison 3, Bailey 1). I love my kids and my wife more than you can imagine. They bring true joy and meaning to my life. I am very active in my church FBC Joshua, I am the vice-chairman for the planning and zoning commission for the City of Cleburne, and am on the Executive Board for the Southern Baptist Convention of Texas. So with all that plus triathlon needless to say I am busy.
I have participated in the sport of Triathlon for 3 years now. I am a guy who loves to compete. It keeps me young and motivated to stay healthy and active. I started into triathlon because of my weight. I ballooned to 225lbs and had never been overweight before. I knew I needed a change in lifestyle and triathlon was it. I have now lost 65 lbs!! I grew up watching the Ironman and the suffering, hard work, and discipline inspired me. I want to do everything with excellence and glorify the Lord in the process. Last year was my breakthrough season. My current goals are to make Team USA for the Sprint World Championships for 2009, Make Elite Classification for SMW Region, be top 10 each race entered.
